The Kentucky Wildcats have owned the football odds and are #1 in the SEC Power Poll
October 20, 2010
The SEC is normally one of the best conferences in America, and this year is no exception. The Wildcats have killed the football odds and are #1 in the SEC Power Poll so far this year here at BetOnline Sportsbook.
1: Kentucky Wildcats (5-2 ATS, 4-3 SU) (LW: 2) – Kentucky in the SEC Championship Game? The football odds might still be long, but we’ve seen stranger. The Cats are in the driver’s seat and control their own destiny.

2: Auburn Tigers (4-3 ATS, 7-0 SU) (LW: 7) – Seven straight wins for the Tigers this season have set them up to take a Top 5 slot in the country with a win over LSU next week.
3: Mississippi State Bulldogs (4-3 ATS, 5-2 SU) (LW:
– Going into the Swamp and making "gator bait" out of Florida was a sweet, sweet moment for former UF OC Dan Mullen.
4: Alabama Crimson Tide (4-3 ATS, 6-1 SU) (LW: 3) – The Tide really didn’t look that great against an Ole Miss team that was off of a bye week. A third straight team in that spot will be on tap this week against UT.
5: South Carolina Gamecocks (3-3 ATS, 4-2 SU) (LW: 1) – SC really drops like a rock this week after the football odds caught up to it in Lexington.
6: Mississippi Rebels (3-3 ATS, 3-3 SU) (LW: 10) – Ole Miss made a strong showing in Tuscaloosa on Saturday night, but it still has a lot of work to do just to make it to a bowl game.
7: Vanderbilt Commodores (3-3 ATS, 2-4 SU) (LW: 4) – Vandy is the only team in this conference that we are absolutely sure will not go bowling this year.
8: Arkansas Razorbacks (3-3 ATS, 4-2 SU) (LW: 5) – The Hogs have to hope that Ryan Mallett is okay after getting knocked out against Auburn.
9: LSU Tigers (3-4 ATS, 7-0 SU) (LW: 6) – Everyone will forget about the loss to the football odds against McNeese State with a win next week at Jordan Hare Stadium.
10: Georgia Bulldogs (3-4 ATS, 3-4 SU) (LW: 12) – With both SC and Florida losing over the weekend and the Bulldogs rolling, it isn’t totally inconceivable to think that UGA might beat the football odds and make it to Atlanta after all!
11: Florida Gators (3-4 ATS, 4-3 SU) (LW: 9) – The Gators hadn’t lost three straight since 1988 before Saturday night. Thank goodness a bye week is on tap, but it’s too little, too late for a team that badly needs to be remodeled.
12: Tennessee Volunteers (2-4 ATS, 2-4 SU) (LW: 11) – The Volunteers drop a spot, but all could be forgiven if they can beat the football odds and take down the Tide on Saturday.
