Sportsbook Betting Tips – The Aggies are 1-7 in their past 8 Thursday night games.

The Texas A&M Aggies are a perfect 3-0 on the season and are 2-1 against the spread. The Aggies won their first two games over Stephen Austin and Louisiana Tech by 41 and 32 points respectively. In their third game of the season, the Aggies didn’t come close to covering the -28½-point spread against Florida International in a 27-20 victory.

The Aggies offense runs through quarterback Jerrod Johnson. On the season, Johnson has completed 58.7% of his passes for 865 yards, seven touchdowns and four interceptions.

On the ground, the Aggies leading rusher Christine Michael has 331 yards and three touchdowns in three games.

Sportsbook Betting Tips – The Aggies are 1-5 ATS in their past 6 road games against teams with a winning record.

Defensively, the Aggies are holding teams to just 14.3 points a game. They are particularly stout against the run. The Aggies are limiting opponents to just 69 yards per game, which ranks them fourth in the nation.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys are scoring with ease this season. The Cowboys scored 65 points against Washington State and Tulsa. They scored only 41 points against Troy, which is incidentally the game they failed to cover the spread. The line was 13½ and the Cowboys won 41-38.

Sportsbook Betting Tips – The Cowboys are 1-4-1 ATS in their past six games as a favorite of ½-3 points.

The Cowboys rank first in the nation by averaging 596 total yards a game. They rank second in the nation in passing and points scored, averaging 391.7 yards and 57 points a game.

Cowboys Quarterback Brandon has been incredible in three games. He’s completed 73.3% of his passes for 975 yards, 11 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.  His best game came against Tulsa, tossing 409 yards and six touchdowns.

Sportsbook Betting Tips – The Cowboys have gone over the total in all three games this season, the Aggies have gone over the total in two of three games.

The Cowboys defense is average at best but with one of the best offenses in the nation, they don’t seem to mind the shootouts.  The team ranks 84th allowing 27.7 points a game, 83rd against the pass allowing 237 yards a game and 79th overall allowing 374.3 total yards a game.

Thursday’s game will be a great game if you like offense, as the Cowboys can score on anyone and the Aggies have the tools to find the end zone against OK State. This game will likely come down to whichever team scores last, and based on the numbers, I’m backing the Cowboys and both teams to go over the total.

NCAAF Betting Picks: Oklahoma State Cowboys and Over 66½ points.
