· Florida has won its last five road games SU
· Mississippi State is 2-4-1 ATS in its last seven games

Florida was involved in a thriller on Tuesday night – at least for 45 minutes. They went into double overtime with Georgia, but then just pulled way in the second extra period, outscoring the Bulldogs 19-6 to win a 104-91 decision and cover easily in the sports betting odds.
Now they face the "Bulldogs" again.
Mississippi State had been slapped around pretty good by Georgia, and went into its game with Vanderbilt on Thursday night as a seven-point sports betting underdog. They outshot Vandy, but sent the Commodores to the line 31 times, and that basically constituted the difference in the game.
These are the head-to-head trends involved with sports betting on this matchup:
· Four of the last six meetings have gone UNDER the total
· Mississippi State has covered five of the last six meetings as the home team
· Mississippi State has won four of the last six meetings SU as the home team
· Mississippi State has had the shooting edge in four of the last six meetings
· Mississippi State has made more three-pointers in four of the last five meetings
Florida got good guard play against Georgia, especially from Ewing Walker, who scored 24 points, including a big three-pointer to propel Florida into the second overtime, but the key for them in this game may be to feed the ball to the guys up front.
Vandy did this against MSU (3-10-1 ATS in sports betting) on Thursday and wound up creating foul trouble for Renardo Sidney, the freshman who is far from a finished product on the defensive end. Sidney played only 13 minutes because he was in foul trouble, and finished with only six points. He has fouled out of three of his seven games thus far, and is a liability in that regard.
You look at those frontliners like Vernon Macklin and Chandler Parsons and you get the impression that Sidney is going to find himself in foul trouble once again. We’ll see. But we’ve become more impressed with a Florida team that has gone to the road and beaten Florida State, Xavier and Tennessee, as well as Georgia. We’ll lay a few in the sports betting odds.
