Devoted BetOnline pro football wagering enthusiasts everywhere that are looking to maximize their opportunities to cash in with some wining wagers, will get the most bang for their bucks thanks to this informative NFL round robin betting breakdown on Four Week 8 matchups that I believe all have excellent chances of cashing in
Very quickly, if you don’t know what a round robin bet is, then le me explain by saying that a Round Robin bet is way of making multiple parlay picks all in one single shot.

There are numerous explanations of how NFL round robin betting works, but my good buddy and BetOnline handicapping analyst, D.S. Williamson explains it succinctly in his week 8, 4 Team Round Robin Parlay betting article in the knowledge-filled BetOnline NFL Football News Section.
Now, let’s get down to business, starting with this look at how the BetOnline football betting community sees two of my four matchups.
Washington Redskins 68 percent
Pittsburgh Steelers 74 percent
Washington Redskins +3 at Detroit Lions
Washington’s defense put a hurting on Chicago’s Jay Cutler last week and I expect them to do the same to returning Lions signal-caller Matt Stafford in his first game since the Lions’ regular season opener. Washington has a very talented play-maker in second-year running back Ryan Torain and I think the Skins will win this contest and cash in as part of my NFL round robin betting picks by exploiting Detroit’s 27th-ranked run defense while getting a much better performance from Donovan McNabb after the veteran tossed two picks last week.
The Skins know they need this win if they want to keep pace and challenge New York for the NFC East division title and I believe they will get it – even if it is a bit ugly.
Over 44.5 Tennessee at San Diego
I’ll keep it simple here with my second selection by playing the Over in this week’s matchup between the Titans and underachieving Chargers. Tennessee is averaging a whopping 28.4 points per game while the Bolts are putting up 25.3 points per contest themselves.
More importantly for NFL round robin betting buffs, is the fact that the Over has gone 7-1 in the Titans’ last eight games against a team with a losing record, 6-2 in San Diego’s last eight home games overall and 3-1-1 in the L/5 meetings between these AFC rivals.
Over 42.5 Seattle at Oakland
The Seahawks (20.0 ppg) and Raiders (25.6 ppg) are averaging a combined 45.6 points per game this season with each team scoring at least 22 points in two of its last three games heading into this matchup. In the case of the Raiders, they have scored a whopping 84 points in winning two of its last three, including hanging a 59-spot on the dazed Broncos in week 7.
The Over has gone a consistent 7-3 in Seattle’s last 10 road games and an equally solid 6-2 in their last eight games as a road underdog.
The Over has also played out in four of Oakland’s last five games overall while going an identical 4-1 in the last five meetings between these franchises.
Pittsburgh Steelers -1.5 at New Orleans
First and foremost NFL round robin betting enthusiasts, the Saints have looked absolutely miserable in dropping two of its last three and three of its last five games overall, including its dismal 30-17 home loss to the Browns in Week 7.
New Orleans is just 1-3 ATS at home this season and has failed to cash in for pro football gamblers in three straight at the Louisiana Superdome.
Meanwhile, Pittsburgh has compiled an unblemished 5-0 ATS mark in its L/5 road games against a team with a winning home record.
I like the Steelers to continue looking like one of the two best teams in all of football at the moment by picking up the outright road win against the struggling Saints.
