NFL Predictions Week 10 – Full Week 10 Schedule Plus Picks

Another week of football is upon us – now is time for NFL Predictions Week 10. Once again, the schedule makers look like geniuses! There is some quality matchups in what should be another exhilarating weekend of NFL Betting action.

Baltimore at Atlanta (-1): Total – 43 points

The Baltimore Ravens have been very good lately and are a surprise leader of the AFC North division. The Atlanta Falcons have been equally impressive. The Ravens have been up and down on the road so far this season and the Falcons have been money at home.

Although Baltimore has fared well against Atlanta in recent meeting, the Falcons home record under Matt Ryan and Coach Mike Smith cannot be ignored.

NFL Predictions Week 10: Atlanta Falcons -1

Detroit at Buffalo (-3): Total 43 points

The Detroit Lions appear to have lost Matthew Stafford for the season… Again! If Shaun Hill returns from injury this week, the Lions will have a chance but if Drew Stafford is forced into action, Detroit’s chances take a significant hit.

Buffalo deserves better than their winless record but unfortunately, their first win will have to wait at least another week.

Minnesota (-1) at Chicago: Total 40 ½ points

The Minnesota Vikings won an emotional game last week and Brett Favre emerged with no further injury! Still, the Vikings remain one of the most dysfunctional franchises is the NFL.

Chicago has still not righted the ship after their recent collapse and I think the Vikings defense will absolutely terrorize Jay Cutler in this game. Sack-master Jared Allen must be salivating over this matchup and will finally wake up from his season long slumber!

NY Jets (-3) at Cleveland: Total 38 points

It is almost unfathomable that the Jets are only favored by 3 points against the Browns! The fact is that the Jets are playing average football and the Browns are playing great ball.

Defense will prevail in this one and the Jets offense will do enough to easily cover the 3 points. The Browns have played up to their competition this season but the luck ends here!

Cincinnati at Indianapolis (-7): Total – 47 points

The Cincinnati Bengals proved that they are a scrappy team and that they can hang with the big boys. However, Indianapolis has been great at home this season and should win this game.

The Bengals are playing simply for pride now – they will want to build on a decent Monday Night outing and prove that they are better than their 2-6 record. The Colts win but the Bengals cover.

Tennessee (-1) at Miami: Total – 43 points

The Tennessee Titans will welcome a new team mate on Sunday – Randy Moss will make his Titans debut. Tennessee has defied the NFL odds this season and is 4-1 on the road in their last five games.

The Dolphins just keep falling short and are winless at home so far this year. The Titans are favored for a reason – I think they get it done and keep the pressure on the Colts in the AFC South.

Carolina at Tampa Bay (-6 ½): 36 ½ points

The Carolina Panthers may be forced to start Jimmy Claussen this week after losing Matt Moore to a season ending shoulder injury. They may also be forced to start Mike Goodsen at running back with DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart both injured.

The Panthers will look like a mid-level college team on Sunday against a Buccaneers team that is pissed about their loss in Atlanta last week. This pick is easy.

NFL Predictions Week 10: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -6 ½

Houston at Jacksonville (-1 ½): Total – 49 ½ points

Jacksonville is favored by 1 ½? Jump on the Texans now! They are 4-1 on the road in their last five games and The Jaguars have been less than stellar at home. Look for a huge bounce back for Houston at the expense of the Jags.

NFL Predictions Week 10: Houston Texans +1 ½

Kansas City (-1) at Denver: Total – 43 points

The Chiefs really let one get away from them last week and should be motivated to come out swinging on Sunday. However, I have a feeling about the Broncos at Mile High this week.

Denver is coming off a bye and has heard all the negativity surrounding their team of late. Coach Josh McDaniel is squarely on the hot seat and should have used the extra week to scheme against a suddenly vulnerable Kansas City team.

Dallas at NY Giants (-14): Total 45 ½ points

Dallas did what they had to do this week – fire Wade Philips. But the fact remains that this is still a team without a heart. The Giants showed last week that they will not take the foot off the pedal, no matter what the score. Dallas is done and the 14 points doesn’t scare me a bit!

Seattle at Arizona (-3): Total – 41 points

Seattle is 2-11 SU in their last 13 games on the road and is coming off an embarrassing home loss to the Giants.

The only way that the Hawks will even be competitive in this game is if Matt Hasselbeck can return from injury and even then, I have little faith in the Hawks against a Cardinals defense that has been lights out in the last five games. The NFC West will tighten up even more this week!

NFL Predictions Week 10: Arizona Cardinals -3

St. Louis at San Francisco (-6): Total: 38 ½ points

The St. Louis Rams could emerge as the first place team in the NFC West by the end of the weekend! Troy Smith will likely start up for the 49ers at quarterback again and Vernon Davis is still nursing an ankle injury. The Rams are legit and will not only cover this week, but they will win outright.

NFL Predictions Week 10: St. Louis Rams +6

New England at Pittsburgh (-5): Total – 45 points

The Pittsburgh Steelers barely held on for the win on Monday night and now face a team that they have gone 2-6 SU in the last eight meetings and 1-4 SU at home against.

The way to beat the Steelers is through the air and with Tom Brady at the helm; the Patriots are poised to at least cover the spread in what should be a very close game.

NFL Predictions Week 10: New England Patriots +5

Philadelphia (-3) at Washington: Total – 41 ½ points

The Philadelphia Eagles have been playing good team football while the Redskins are in total disarray. Not only is Philadelphia the better team right now, but they have a massive chip on their shoulder from the first meeting between the two teams this season.

The Eagles are a dangerous team and should easily win on Sunday. Maybe we’ll see some more of Rex Grossman!
