The Cardinals failed to cover their NFL predictions odds in that game as a 3.5-point home favorite to fall to 1-3 ATS over its last five games. Quarterback Derek Anderson threw one interception and lost one fumble in the loss.

The Chiefs (5-4 SU, 5-4 ATS, 5-4 O/U) lost their second consecutive game in Week 10 in getting routed by the Denver Broncos 49-29 while failing to cash in against the NFL predictions spread as a 1-point road favorite to fall to 0-3 ATS over its last three games.

Prediction: With the Chiefs averaging four more points per game offensively than Arizona – while simultaneously giving up almost eight points per contest fewer than the Cards, I say the outcome of this contest is a wrap as the Chiefs cover the NFL predictions odds with room to spare.

The Home team in this rivalry has gone 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings while the Cardinals have gone just 2-6 ATS in its L/8 road games.

In addition to playing the Chiefs to cash in as one part of my NFL predictions on this matchup, I also like the Over to play out for pro gridiron gamblers after going 7-0 in Arizona’s last seven games following an SU loss, 7-1 in the Cardinals’ last eight games overall and a perfect 4-0 in Kansas City’s last four games following an SU loss.
