NFL Power Rankings Week 9 – Weaknesses Exposed for Top Teams

The NFL Power Rankings Week 9 results include two of the top three teams losing last week. The Jets are showing they probably can’t make it to Super Bowl with Sanchez, and Pitt shows they need an offense.
The NY Giants raised themselves two spots this week to Number 4 and thy claimed the top ranking for any NFC team all year, but the Saints may finally be awakening from their Super Bowl party.

There is now one Team with a single loss and eight Teams with two losses. That single one loss team is the Patriots, claiming the number 1 spot.
The NFL Power Rankings Week 9 list is based on Power. They don’t take Rolling Stones, Beatles or Monkeys into consideration.
Each team’s NFL Power Rankings from last week and current won-lost record is in parentheses.
1) (2) New England Patriots (6-1) – The ONLY 1 loss team left has gathered no Moss
2) (4) Baltimore Ravens (5-2) – Coming off Bye hosting Miami who has no losses on road
3) (5) Indianapolis Colts (4-2) – MNF they take down Houston and grab sole lead of Division
4) (6) New York Giants (5-2) – NFC Top Rep travels to Seattle for Sea-Chicken road kill this week
5) (1) New York Jets (5-2) – QB Sanchez is beginning to be exposed which should scare Jets fans
6) (3) Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2) – Steelers offense is in the Pitts, and Big Ben better lead
7) (7) Atlanta Falcons (5-2) – Should handle Bucs no porblem this week
(9) Green Bay Packers (5-3) – Finally looking better but so many injuries to deal with
9) (10) New Orleans Saints (5-3) – They’re coming to out of a 2 month hangover
10) (8) Houston Texans (3-3) – Defense actually looked ok against Peyton, offense sputtered
11) (12) Kansas City Chiefs (5-2) – They’re the Jeffersons of the NFL – Movin’ on up
12) (13) Philadelphia Eagles (4-3) – Hosting the Colts for BIG test this week
13) (15) Miami Dolphins (4-3) – 5 FGs 2 games in a row – that won’t keep winning
14) (11) Tennessee Titans (5-3) – Chargers ended their roll – they need to go 1 QB set
15) (19) San Diego Chargers (3-5) – Look for push all the way to Playoffs by this hungry crew
16) (20) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-2) – Looking great vs. horrible opponents-Atlanta isn’t horrible
17) (14) Minnesota Vikings (2-5) – LMAO-what next? Sidney Rice must be ready to go
18) (18) Chicago Bears (4-3) – Maybe by week helped Cutler realize he has 2 seconds to throw ball
19) (17) Arizona Cardinals (3-4) – They need one of Tennessee or Jacksonville’s many QBs
20) (16) Washington Redskins (4-4) – Shanahan is an idiot pulling McNabb only down by 6 points
21) (21) Dallas Cowboys (1-6) – Will Wade make it through the season? DOUBTFUL
22) (25) Oakland Raiders (4-4) – 92-17 last 2 weeks against opponents but the Jeffersons are next
23) (24) St. Louis Rams (4-4) – Rams are looking good and on Bye this week
24) (23) San Francisco 49ers (2-6) – FINALLY A BYE WEEK!!!!!
25) (28) Detroit Lions (2-5) – Host Jets in biggest test yet, but they have Stafford now
26) (22) Denver Broncos (2-6) – Bye week finally – they need 2 weeks to work on problems
27) (26) Seattle Seahawks (4-3) – Hosting Giants this week and their dream is shattered
28) (30) Jacksonville Jaguars (4-4) – BYE week for all 7 QBs to have LUNCH
29) (27) Cincinnati Bengals (2-5) – Get to show how bad they are on MNF-Bookies to get killed
30) (29) Cleveland Browns (2-5) – Hosting Pats after Bye week – OUCH
31) (31) Carolina Panthers (1-6) – They’re challenging Bills for worst in NFL
32) (32) Buffalo Bills (0-7) – ALMOST again – could get first win hosting Bears this week
