The Chiefs are coming off a narrow 23-20 loss against the Oakland Raiders in overtime in Week 9 that snapped their two-game SU winning streak and have failed to cover the spread in two consecutive games coming into this contest. The Chiefs played Over the set O/U total for the third time in their last four games.

Denver Broncos (2-6 SU, 2-6 ATS, 6-2 O/U)

Denver took a 24-16 loss from the San Francisco 49ers in the chin in their Halloween Night loss in London. The Broncos failed to cover the NFL point spread in that game as a 2-point underdog and have gone 0-4 SU and ATS over its last four games.

Denver has scored 20 points or less in each of the last four games but snapped a four-game Over streak in their most recent loss.

Prediction: The Chiefs handed the Broncos a serious spanking in beating them 44-24 last season and enter this matchup as clearly the better team this season in spite of their most recent loss.

Now, I guess it’s possible that the Broncos could snap out of their funk and beat the Chiefs as their 6-2 ATS mark in their last eight games following a bye week would seem to suggest, but the struggling Broncos have also gone just 1-4 ATS in their last five games as a home underdog and have a defense that is allowing a whopping 27.9 points per game (27th). The Broncos are also ranked dead last in rushing and a pitiful 31st in run defense.

Kansas City has gone 4-0 ATS in their last four games following an SU loss and an impressive 7-3 ATS in their last 10 road games overall and I like them to cash in against the NFL point Spread Week 10 betting line as a slight road favorite in this one as they lean on their powerful, top-ranked rushing attack and surprisingly strong defense (8th).
