The NFL picks week 14 landscape features a ton of interesting matchups and some top teams in action fighting for playoff positioning.
The league can be cruel and one bad loss can derail a season in a hurry. Will the Pats and Steelers come out with good performances after showdowns in week 13, especially the banged up Steelers?

The Steelers are too banged up to cover the NFL picks week 14 betting spread in this one regardless of how bad the Bengals are. Anyone who saw the Sunday night war with Baltimore would likely concur.
Pick: Cincinnati (+8 ½)
New England Patriots at Chicago Bears, 1pm Sunday:
With a three-point spread in favor of the Patriots this one should be close. The Patriots should win this one as long as they keep Julius Peppers off of Tom Brady, although it is a big task. Jay Cutler will likely throw some picks against a smart NE defense.
NFL picks week 14 winner: New England (-3).
New York Giants at Minnesota Vikings, 1 pm Sunday:
The Giants have had road troubles while the Vikings blew out the Bills last week and play well at home. But QB is too big of a question mark to take the Vikes.
Pick: NYG (-1 ½).
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Washington Redskins, 1 pm ET:
The Buccaneers didn’t get the win last week against their divisional foe Atlanta, the elite team in the NFC South, but they fared well and proved they’re for real. Washington matches up well with Tampa Bay at home but QB Josh Freeman has led plenty of late winning drives making the Bucs the pick here.
NFL picks week 14 winner: Tampa Bay (-1 ½).
