The Packers beat the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Jets on consecutive weeks and should do the same with the Cowboys this weekend.  Last week they held the Jets to 360 total yards and intercepted the QB Mark Sanchez twice in the victory 9-0 at New York.

The linebacker Clay Matthews is my first-half of the season Most Valuable Player of the league, as he runs down the field like crazy looking to make something happen on the defensive side of the field, and he will make QB John Kitna´s Sunday a living hell.

On the other hand, the Cowboys seem like they want the season to be over soon so they can start thinking about 2011.  With Tony Romo out of the picture, Kitna looks like horrible QB that never should have been hired a by a professional team.

Last week, the Boys were crushed by the Jacksonville Jaguars 35-17 at home as John Kitna threw for four interceptions and one touchdown. He didn’t have all the blame  on every single interception, but in the end, the stats fall on him.

NFL betting fans, this game won’t be a pretty one for the Cowboys fans because I expect a beating from the Packers.

The betting trends say: Dallas is 1-7 ATS in its last 8 games, 1-7 SU in its last 8 games and 6-12 ATS in its last 18 games on the road.  Green Bay is 12-5 SU in its last 17 games and 7-1 SU in its last 8 games at home.

Simmons’ pick: Take Green Bay to cover.
