MLB World Series Futures – Yankees Favorites with Free Agent Signings

At the end, with all of the talk surrounding the Washington Nationals, Los Angeles Angels and Boston Red Sox regarding Mark Teixeira it was the New York Yankees, the same team that signed C.C. Sabathia and A.J. Burnett earlier this month to deals, that got the much coveted first basemen.

More than one sports betting fan had Mark Teixeira ranked number one position player on the list of free agents this winter. Almost all MLB betting fans had C.C. Sabbathia ranked at number one or number two on the entire list of free agents. That means the Yankees have signed the top two most coveted free agents on the market in the month of December.

Washington Nationals – - BetOnline online betting odds + 10000 – - Teixeira’s agent says that he was seriously considering the offer from the Washington Nationals. Maybe he was, but I don’t know why. They’re still a pretty good team but Dice-K is going to have to stay healthy and Josh Beckett is going to have to bounce back from a sub-par season. This team is still very good and at the online odds of + 700 they might be worth a bet because they are the obvious choice should the Yankees falter to win the World Series. But man, if they had gotten Teixeira! Oh, well. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, Theo!
