The Mets are still without Carlos Beltran, and say what you will about his contract, the fact that his heavy hands aren’t helping in the batting order is certainly causing more damage to the New York Mets odds as an MLB betting pick than it is to opposing pitchers.

At 26-years old, Johnson is entering the peak of his career and when they’re that tall and big, your day will arrive. Whether the Marlins decide to keep him, or trade him for picks like they usually do, remains to be seen.

That’s besides the point right now. As stated before, the Marlins have had a lot of trouble protecting Sun Life Stadium from invaders, but the fact they’re 6-3 SU in their last 9 games means they have a fighting chance to prevail in this one.
