Houston Texans (4-4) at Jacksonville Jaguars (4-4)

NFL Week 10 Betting Lines:

Jaguars favored at -1 ½.

The Texans are the football odds underdog because of their recent performances with two straight losses SU to fall to 4-4.

It seems that just when the Texans’ franchise is about to turn the corner and become a true contender, something goes wrong.

Recently, superstar receiver Andre Johnson has had some issues in the injury department and hasn’t quite been himself; Jacoby Jones hasn’t been able to pick up the slack as expected at the other WR position also. Kevin Walter continues to play his role but he doesn’t have the necessary big play ability to stretch defenses.

The NFL odds favorites Jaguars are in the lower part of the statistics on both offense and defense this year as well and they are giving up 28 points a game.

The leading rusher in the NFL belongs to the Texans as well as Arian Foster is already over 850 yards for the season.

The Texans have the edge rushing the ball in this one which should open up the passing game against a poor Jaguars defense, giving them the edge despite being on the road.

They also have the motivation advantage coming off of two losses in this one.

NFL odds betting pick: Houston Texans (+1 ½)
