This is a huge step up for Leamington, make no mistake, but the Graham Motion trained miss gets the rail, where she can secure an easy lead, Edgar Prado to ride, and is coming off of two straight victories. Dynaforce, the horse that figures to really press her in this, is coming off of a victory and figures to bounce. Criticism, the other speed horse, just doesn’t have the ability to keep up. Leamington has a legitimate shot to go gate to wire in this at huge odds.

Moneycantbuymelove – - 4/1 morning line odds

The Mike Bell trained miss is coming out of the Ascot meet in England where she finished 3 rd in a Grade I event. She will be laying well off the pace in this, but her class is unquestioned and if Dynaforce and Criticism really take it to Leamington, then she might be the beneficiary. Moneycantbuymelove figures to fire first time in the states.

Pure Clan – - 3/1 morning line odds

She figures to go off at worse odds than the 3/1 morning line as Dynaforce just beat her the last time the two hooked up. Pure Clan is most likely using this race as a prep for the Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Turf and she probably won’t show her best on Saturday. Her second best is good enough to get her in the Top 3 in this field, though. So, horseplayers can’t look past her.

I like Leamington to go gate to wire in this and will bet her to win, place and show. I will play an exacta and trifecta box with Leamington, Pure Clan and Moneycantbuymelove.
