Golf Futures – Masters 2011 Odds and Tiger Woods Ready for Tradition
February 11, 2011
This week’s Pebble Beach AT&T National Pro-Am (also available for wagering) always seems to remind me of Golf Futures on the Masters. It’s actually a simple transition.
They’re playing at Pebble Beach, and I can never watch Pebble without thinking of Tiger Woods in the 2000 US Open at Pebble Beach when he destroyed the field. This reminds me that the Masters 2011 is almost here which means Golf Futures are available right now.
The Masters Golf Tournament – April 7-10, 2011

Location: Augusta, Georgia

The first and what many consider the most prestigious PGA Major Golf Tournament of the year is less than 2 months away. The great timing of this tournament just happens to coincide with the conclusion of the NCAA March Madness Basketball Tournament.
The March Madness Brackets come down to one NCAA Final game on Monday, April 4, 2011. You only have 3 days to rest from that month of Madness until The Masters at Augusta starts, but you can bet Golf Futures today.
I like to call Masters “bunker down“ week which I’ll detail in another informative article, but let’s just say I don’t miss ANYTHING about the Masters that week.
Complaints about the Masters Golf Tournament in the past have always been limited to their lack of more TV coverage. Well, it’s getting a little better starting NOW!
Augusta National Golf Club Chairman Billy Payne announced earlier this year that the Masters 2011 will be the first year with an extra hour of coverage on ESPN for the first two rounds Thursday and Friday. AWESOME!!! Keep boosting those hours Billy!
The biggest question on everyone’s mind about the golfers and Golf Futures wagering is: will Tiger Woods have his new swing back in sync enough to win his 5th green jacket at the 2011 Masters Golf Tournament after finishing tied for 4th in the 2010 Masters?
Bet US thinks he will by making him the betting favorite (Tiger +350) in their Golf Futures over defending champion Phil Mickelson (+600).
Following Phil is the man who recently dethroned Tiger from the #1 World Ranking Lee Westwood (+1200 – 2nd in 2010 Masters) and Martin Kaymer (CUT in 2010 Masters), the current #1 in the world, is next at +1200. Some of Bet US Golf Futures are listed below.
Masters 2011 Odds and 2010 results for some Notables (Partial List):

The Golf Futures listed here are only a very small list of the Masters Golfers listed for Golf Betting. The British Open and US Open are also Golf Futures I will be previewing and later making Golf Betting Picks.
