Golf Bets – AT&T Pebble Beach Matchup Picks
February 10, 2011
The AT&T Pebble Beach golf tournament is played on 3 different golf courses, so any Golf Bets for individual round matches need to be researched. I’m going to give you picks on Pebble Beach Tournament matchups in this article.
These matchups for the tournament all involve taking players I have being in the top 20 at the worst and winning at the best. This should make watching beautiful Pebble Beach on Sunday even more majestic. Isn’t GREEN grand when you hit your Golf Bets?

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Golf Tournament – Thursday Feb. 10 – Sunday Feb. 13
3-6 ET 2/10-12 (Golf Channel – 2/10-11, CBS-TV 2/12), 3-6:30 ET 2/3 (CBS-TV 2/13)
These are all for tournament matchups, not first round matchups. There is a big difference here. I know these players on this course, so take my advice on this tournament.
Golf Lines and Bets:
Mike Weir (+130) over Charlie Wi –This play is more based on a great price than it is a blow away victory. Mike Weir used to kill at this course, and this line should be pick ‘em. With all 3 courses under 7,000 yards, Weir +130 over Wi is a strong bargain play.
Phil Mickelson (-140) over Jim Furyk (+110) – Phil’s game looks to be getting even better while Furyk just seems to be getting older. Phil loves playing here, and this is one of the easiest Golf Bets on the board.
Tim Clark (-120) over Geoff Ogilvy (-110) – Tim Clark is drooling all over his lunch (whatever they eat in South Africa) on this one. This short golf tournament sets up great for this scrapper. I definitely expect a top 10 finish for Clark in this one after seeing his form at the Sony Open where he tied for second.
Vijay Singh (-110) over JB Holmes – Can anyone tell me why this line would not be Vijay -170? I didn’t think so. Vijay is primed, and even though JB is a bomber (not much further than Singh), don’t expect him to defeat the very possible winner of the tournament here. Make this one of your Golf Bets.
Brandt Snedeker (+100) over Hunter Mahan (-130) – Snedeker is lighting it up this year. This guy is on the verge of a victory, and although I don’t think he will win, he will be in contention. He’s coming off 2 top 10s in a row, and a third will be borderline. Great play against Mahan here for your Golf Bets.
