Football Parlays – Week 11 Parlay Picks

November 19, 2010

Football betting parlay players love the Sunday card because it gives them plenty of options to choose from.

With a full menu on tap this week, here is the four-game parlay we are ordering up:

Baltimore Ravens @ Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers are simply out of options. As a matter of fact, they’ve proven exactly that to us this week as they will start quarterback Brian St. Pierre even though rookie Tony Pike has been with the team since April.

The Panthers are also down to their fourth-string running back, which means they are going to have plenty of problems against a tough Ravens defense.

Baltimore is coming off of a Thursday night game last week, which means they have had a couple of extra days to prepare. Expect this contest to be very one-sided.

Football Parlays Picks: Ravens -11

Buffalo Bills @ Cincinnati Bengals

The Buffalo Bills have just one win on the season and it was a two-point squeaker of the Detroit Lions. But they have still been scrappy in recent weeks.

The Bills offense seems to be working with Ryan Fitzpatrick under center and they are moving the ball fairly well. The same can be said for Cincinnati in recent weeks but one has to wonder if they have tapped out.

After back-to-back heartbreaking losses to Pittsburgh and Indianapolis, don’t be surprised if the Bengals have a big letdown game here.

Football Parlays Picks: Bills +5.5

Cleveland Browns @ Jacksonville Jaguars

The Cleveland Browns have been playing their best football of the season in the last three contests, so why bet against them now?

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a team that is very hit-and-miss, and to be quite frank, they had no business winning last week’s game against Houston (which they won on a hail mary pass).

The Browns play smart football, which means they run it well, play defense and don’t make many mistakes. That’s a formula that’s good enough to defeat the mediocre Jaguars.

Football Parlays Picks: Browns +1.5

Indianapolis Colts @ New England Patriots

The Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots are again locked up in the signature matchup of the week, but is some of the luster gone? Record-wise, both teams appear to be holding up their end of the bargain but the Colts simply don’t look like the offensive juggernaut we are used to seeing.

They managed a season-low 256 total yards last week and that was at home against the Bengals.

The bottom line for this contest is that while the matchup is once again Tom Brady versus Peyton Manning, the truth is that both guys have to have a competent team around them to win games. Right now, the Pats have the healthier roster and that will be the difference on Sunday.

Football Parlays Picks: Patriots -4
