Entering this one, the Vandals will rely heavily on the big arm of senior quarterback Nathan Enderle. The junior is quietly putting up big numbers this season for the Vandals, having already tossed for 1,411 yards and 10 touchdowns in just five games.

But with the good comes the bad for Enderle, who absolutely needs to work on protecting the ball better. He’s already thrown nine interceptions on the year, including two in a win over Western Michigan two weeks ago. That kind of performance just won’t cut it Saturday.

The senior from Texas has had several big games this year, and saved his best for his most recent outing. In that game, he rushed for a season-high 120 yards, scoring two touchdowns in the process. After weeks of back-and-forth battle, it also appears as though Louisiana Tech will enter this one with Ross Jenkins under center.

After missing some time earlier this season, he’s gotten significant snaps in each of the last two games.
