Jeffrey Godfrey, the freshman quarterback who won the job for UCF with a sterling performance in the N.C. State game, the followed up strongly in the win over Buffalo, had his moments against Kansas State, running for 99 yards but completing only eight of 18 passes with a couple of interceptions.
