North Carolina State (3-0 SU, 3-0 ATS, 1-2 O/U)
- Wolfpack are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall.
- Wolfpack are 9-2-2 ATS in their last 13 games following a ATS win.
- Wolfpack are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 conference games.
The Wolfpack are off to their first 3-0 start since 2002 and looked very good in handling Cincinnati in Week 3, handing the Bearcats a convincing 30-19 loss to easily cover the college football line as a 2-point home favorite.
Junior quarterback Russell Watson had a fine game in completing 26 of 40 passes for 33 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions while freshman running back Mustafa Greene rushed 16 times for 84 yards with one touchdown.

Georgia Tech (2-1 SU, 1-2 ATS, 3-0 O/U)
- Yellow Jackets are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 conference games.
- Yellow Jackets are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. win.
- Yellow Jackets are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 home games.
Georgia Tech managed to eke out a 30-24 win over North Carolina in its ACC opener on Saturday as senior quarterback Josh Nesbitt completed 3 of 4 passes for 76 yards and one touchdown while rushing for another 104 yards on 26 carries with an additional score.
Senior quarterback Anthony Allen rushed 20 times for 115 yards while sophomore back Orwin Smith added a 73-yard TD run in the win.
Analysis: I’m going to get right to the point with this pick by saying that I really like NC State to pull off the road upset here over a Georgia Tech team that hasn’t looked very good this season and lost to an absolutely pitiful Kansas team two weeks ago.
The Wolfpack are averaging 35.3 points per game this season while limiting their opponents to just 15.7 points per game defensively and I believe they are going to give the Yellow Jackets all they can handle and then some in this contest.
The Wolfpack have gone a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall and a blistering 9-2-2 ATS in their last 13 games following an ATS win.
The Yellow Jackets may have gone 7-1 ATS in their last eight conference games, but they have posted a dismal 1-4 ATS mark in their last five games following an SU win and 0-4 ATS in their last four home games.
Last but not least, the NC State Wolfpack have gone 11-5 ATS in their last 16 conference games and are my pick to cover the college football line as an 8-point road dog.
