The Golden Eagles have certainly been the darlings of this tournament, and no matter what Big East team you’re a fan of, you have to love how this team basically ensured that there will be 11 entrants into the dance coming Selection Sunday. Still, beating the college hoops odds three days in a row in this conference is nearly impossible, and there’s a point that we have to realize that the pressure of the Louisville ‘D’ is just going to be too much for Marquette to combat. It’s been a great tournament thus far for the Golden Eagles, but it comes to an end Thursday evening.
