College Football Predictions – Bulldogs will get Vandalized by Idaho

Some College Football betting Predictions I make take advantage of pointspreads in conferences that should be much higher. This week, I have one here that you’re going to never sweat.

The Bulldogs think this new Wildcat formation is their savior, and I agree that it was last week for them. Now, the word is out and EVERYBODY knows.

Idaho Vandals (3-2) at Louisiana Tech Bulldogs (2-4) – Saturday, October 16 at 4:00 ET

NCAA Football Line:

Idaho Vandals (4-1 ATS) -1 ½

Louisiana Tech Bulldogs (2-3 ATS) +1 ½

Over/Under Game Total – 54

Last year, Idaho scored two touchdowns late in the game to narrowly beating the Bulldogs 35-34. They rolled with 461 yards in that game, and the players don’t forget that stuff.

Louisiana Tech found a new offensive twist that gave them a win last week over a Utah State team that opened the season with only a seven-point loss to #7 Oklahoma.

Bulldogs head coach Sonny Dykes used the Wildcat formation as their major offensive strategy for great success last week beating Utah State 24-6, but I would say one of my College Football Predictions for this week is it’s not going to work near that well this week.

Dykes is downplaying the Wildcat as a coaching strategy obviously saying “I don’t know you’re going to see it as much in the future as you did this past game.” The bottom line is that it worked and they’re going to try the same formation against Idaho this week.

The Vandals are coming off a bye week and should be rested and healthy to attempt a win this year that doesn’t go down to the wire so much.

Quarterback Nathan Enderle has spread the ball around for the Vandals very nicely ranking 6th in the nation at 315.4 yards a game. This should work nicely against the Bulldogs pass defense which is giving up 260.7 yards passing ranking 101st.

Both of these teams are talking bowl games with Louisiana Tech fantasizing about what could be after 1 good win. The only chance here for a bowl game is Idaho, and that’s even iffy.

These teams are a mismatch, and I can’t understand why this NCAA Pointspread is so low. My College Football Predictions here say the Vandals shouldn’t have any problems scoring more points than that crazy insane loco Wildcat offense musters.

This is one of those NCAA Point Spreads that seems to low to be right. Don’t always shy away from these College Football Predictions, and Bet the Farm on Idaho Vandals -1 ½ until the cows come home.
