Cashing in Against NFL Odds Will Be Piece of Cake When Patriots Host Colts
November 21, 2010
The Indianapolis Colts and the New England Patriots will put on the next installment of their long and entertaining conference rivalry when they take to the gridiron at Gillette Stadium on Sunday – and BetOnline pro football betting enthusiasts will have a very strong chance of cashing in with a winning wager as I offer up a betting pick that I genuinely believe is a ‘lock’ selection waiting to happen.

Patriots -4
Over/Under 49
Indianapolis 411
The Indianapolis Colts (6-3 SU, 5-3-1 ATS, 5-4 O/U) are coming off a 23-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, but didn’t look too good in picking up the win as they failed to cash in against the NFL Odds as a 6.5-point home favorite – snapping their two-game ATS winning streak in the process.
New England 411
The New England Patriots (7-2 SU, 5-3-1 ATS, 7-2 O/U) looked absolutely fantastic in laying a huge smackdown on the Pittsburgh Steelers in their Week 10 showdown. The Pats cruised to a 39-26 win to cash in against the NFL Odds as a 4.5-point road underdog to improve to 3-1 ATS over its last four games.
Prediction: With two of the best offenses in all of football taking the field in this matchup – and two clearly mediocre defenses trying mightily to stop their prolific counterparts, I fully expect this game to play Over the set Over/Under total.
The Over has gone 7-1 in the Colts’ last eight road games and 7-3 in their L/10 games following an SU win.
The Over has also gone 4-1 in New England’s last five home games, 8-2 in their last 10 games against their AFC conference rivals and a blistering 9-2 in their last 11 games overall.
I say play the Over to cash in against the Week 11 NFL odds for this huge AFC matchup featuring two, sure-fire, future Hall of Fame quarterbacks.
