Alabama Crimson Tide -13
Over/Under 47.5
Here is a look at the key head-to-head trends surrounding this contest.
- Under is 9-2 in the last 11 meetings.
- Bulldogs are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings in Alabama.
- Road team is 7-2 ATS in their last 9 meetings.
Mississippi State (7-2 SU, 5-4 ATS, 3-6 O/U)
Mississippi State won its sixth straight game by picking up a 24-17 win against Kentucky on October 30 to cash in against the college football picks odds as a 6.5-point home favorite
The Bulldogs picked off Wildcats quarterback Mike Hartline three times in the win while playing Under the O/U total for the third straight game.

Alabama (7-2 SU, 5-4 ATS, 3-5-1 O/U)
Alabama was handed a 24-21 loss to LSU in its Week 10 conference matchup. The Crimson Tide failed to cash in against the college football picks odds as a 6.5-point road favorite to fall to 1-3 ATS over its last four games.
Quarterback Greg McElroy tossed two touchdowns and one interception in the loss while playing Under the set O/U total for the second time in its last three games.
Prediction: Maybe it’s me, but I’m trying to figure out why the Alabama Crimson Tide are such huge favorites over a team with an identical record, seeing as how they are coming off their second loss of the season and Mississippi State has won six consecutive contests.
Alabama has gone just 1-4 ATS in its last five games against a team with a winning home record and an even more dismal 1-9 ATS in their L/10 games following an SU loss.
I like the Mississippi State Bulldogs to cash in against the college football picks betting line as a near, two-touchdown road underdog and really think Alabama is overrated and shouldn’t be anywhere near the 13-point favorite they are in this contest.
NCAAF Pick: Mississippi State +13 Points
