#3 USC vs. #8 Ohio State – Welcome to Pryor’s Coming Out Party

Revenge could not be sweeter. When the Buckeyes visited the sunshine coast last year, they were decimated by USC in a 35-3 route. With the Trojans hitting the road this time, we’re about to get a college football matchup delight. Terrelle Pryor is going to be the reason that USC betting fans will be ramming their fists through coffee tables this weekend.

USC opened the season with a crushing defeat over San Jose State. Now they face some real competition. The Trojans are led by Matt Barkley at quarterback, who enjoys the comforts of passing behind a stout offensive line that will make life hard for the defensive front of the Buckeyes. Barkley went for 233 yards and a touchdown in USC’s destruction of San Jose State, but now faces a defense that has some serious confidence on its side. Linebacker Brian Rolle intercepted a pass by Navy to save the day late in their game, preventing a big week 1 upset.

Coming in to his own this weekend is going to be an integral reason that the Buckeyes win this game. Backing him up in the action will be Daniel Herron, the sophomore running back who averaged 4.2 yards per carry and will give the USC defense some serious headaches this weekend.

Ohio State is a home dog that is going to bite the oddsmakers back this weekend. Go against the grain and trust Ohio State. In a battle of top-10 ranked teams, USC is going down.
